Needed some quick help when my freezer went on the fritz. Found CountryWalk Appliance Repair during a late-night scrolling session online. Didn't really know what to expect, but turns out, these guys know their stuff. The technician showed up on time, which was cool, and right away he got into it. He peeked inside, checked a few things, and it felt like he really knew what he was doing. Within no time, he figured out the issue. Something with the defrost system, I think? Anyway, he explained what was up in a way that actually made sense, didn't get all technical on me. What's great is they had the parts needed right then and there. Quick swap and bam, my freezer’s back to chill mode. Service was solid, no unnecessary upsells or surprises. Price seemed fair too for what they did.
